Fremont, CA: Logistics Startup DispatchTrack secured USD 144 Million in a growth funding round led by Spectrum Equity. As part of the investment round, Vic Parker and Vice President Adam Gassin of Spectrum Equity will join DispatchTrack’s board of directors. DispatchTrack was founded in 2010 by Satish Natarajan and Shailu Satish. The company provides a comprehensive platform that allows businesses across a wide range of industries, including retailers, wholesalers, grocers, restaurants, food and beverage distributors, field service businesses, third-party logistics (3PL) companies, and others, to provide the last-mile delivery experiences consumers expect, especially in the era of Amazon.

Some of the company's features include managing routing and planning (including telematics and compliance), customer communication (including reservation systems for delivery slots), driver communication (via a mobile app), billing, social reviews, and omnichannel order tracking.

Customers can configure the platform's dynamic optimization engine to the unique needs of their businesses. They can also orchestrate, track, and analyze performance across their networks of delivery providers who can securely feed real-time data into the DispatchTrack mobile application. In 2019, the company powered over 60 million deliveries serving thousands of customers.
