Reach out to the disappointed customers and recover them with FEEDback, the guest management solution employing the latest cloud technology.

FREMONT, CA: Paytronix, a provider of SaaS-based customer experience management (CXM) solutions for restaurants and convenience stores, has announced the launch of FEEDback(SM) to measure and mediate interactions with online customers. This new module has been launched to help store managers identify unsatisfied customers in their online ordering experiences and help them fix customer issues.

Paytronix Order and Delivery module, FEEDback is an easily activated component that automatically sends out a survey within two hours of the placement of a take-out or delivery before even the experience fades away from the customer’s mind. It collects the rate from the guests on a scale of one to five, and the results are sent to the store manager via email, enabling them to see the guest’s lifetime value. When the guests submit a low rating, the manager can respond to the unsatisfied guests with one tap by sending default apology messages for cold or bad food or bad delivery with a coupon asking for another chance. They can also send a fully customized message.

With the US online food delivery market valued at $17.5 billion in 2018 and expected to grow to more than $24 billion in 2023, brands are eager to incorporate the off-premise channel into their overall business. Brands that combine online ordering with a loyalty program see an 18% increase in online ordering. Paytronix Order & Delivery, which is fully integrated with the loyalty, CRM, and stored value components of the Paytronix Rewards platform, offers a particularly powerful solution to brands.

“Today, customers demand the convenience of ordering items and either having them delivered or picked up,” said Tim Ridgely, Head of Order & Delivery, Paytronix. “We’re making it simple for the guest to place the order while giving the merchant control over order throttling, menu items, pricing, and third-party delivery partners.”

“X-ers are native to the digital world – that’s all they’ve known their entire life,” said Michelle Tempesta, Head of Marketing, Paytronix. “As they age, they will expect the Amazon/Netflix experience in every brand interaction. We’re helping our clients deliver exceptional individual experiences with technology that will further elevate this generation’s expectations.”

Paytronix Order & Delivery employs the latest cloud technology to process digital orders rapidly. It has an easy-to-use guest ordering interface, digital ordering management tools, more than a dozen POS integrations, and the best loyalty integration on the market today.
