The partnership will look to equip retailers with market-leading omnichannel solutions that deliver a persistent, holistic retail shopping experience.

FREMONT CA: Manhattan Associates, an Atlanta-based developer of supply chain software, has partnered with Newmine, a consulting and technology firm focused on retail commerce optimization. The partnership will pave the ground for collective efforts from both the parties in equipping the retailers with market-leading omnichannel solutions that deliver a persistent, holistic retail shopping experience.

Through this partnership, Newmine joins the Manhattan Value Partner Program (MVP), specially designed to deliver comprehensive and cost-effective supply chain planning, implementation, and optimization solutions to an ever-growing group of customers. The MVP also galvanizes the collaborative partnerships with leading supply chain and logistics, inventory, and omnichannel commerce vendors.

The team of Industry veterans from Newmine will help the firm to support the customers of Manhattan, by implementing the latter's' ActiveTMOmni, a suite of solutions, that enables the retailers to better command every aspect of omnichannel operations. Manhattan's ActiveTMOmni is considered to be the most technologically advanced ordering platform ever delivered to the retail industry.

"Newmine is looking forward to helping retailers build a better bottom line," says founder and CEO Navjit Bhasin. "To thrive in the retail industry, the retailers should be ready to embrace the changes while maintaining operational efficiencies and maintaining a healthy bottom line."

While pointing out the significance of AI in the retail industry, he added, "AI significantly accelerates productivity. Especially, apropos of volume of the data mining, needed for returns reduction. The flexibility of AI to learn from mistakes and the adaptability to correct it promptly distinguishes it from automation".

Newmine, a greater Boston- based consulting and technology firm specializing in Retail Commerce Optimization and Returns Reduction has been featured as one of the Top 10 Artificial Intelligence Solution Providers-2019 by Retail CIO Outlook Magazine.

“Manhattan is pleased to join hands with Newmine to assist the retailers in steering the operational demands of implementing a unified commerce strategy,” said Eric Lamphier, senior director of Alliances for Manhattan Associates. “Our two companies have successfully engaged in multiple projects, and we look forward to many more,” he added.
